An Alien who has been alone for millions of years discovered a new feeling when it briefly visited Earth. Despite walking on human land, the only thing of interest was when it suddenly felt a soft nuzzle against its body. It looked down, saw a whiskered face with furry skin and big eyes gazing back; and was immediately entranced.

Turns out it was Love at First Contact. The two beings have been (space) bound together, ever since.
