Casey Reynolds is a real estate agent that works in the Vancouver and surrounding area. He was a client from when I worked with Lonely Cloud Design.
Real Estate is a very competitive business and it really makes a difference the way you market yourselves. Out of all of the realtors that I have worked with, Casey was the most unique. The typical ask from corporate industries is a grey or blue colour scheme.
That’s not to knock on anyone that does this. It’s proven colour psychology that blues represent: logic, loyalty, security; and grays are typically: professional, reliable, and timeless.
Yet Casey braved the distinction and chose an eye-catching fuchsia pink accent colour.
JUST SOLD FLYER
Casey Reynolds & Chris Tioseco are both realtors from Oakwyn Realty. They were collaborating together to sell places from The Ritz in Coal Harbour. We designed a cover letter that clients could read with a personalized signature and photo of both of them. The back side was used as a “Just Sold” section to showcase the most recent sale they made from that building.
Casey wanted his feature sheet to stand out while using his brand colour (fuchsia pink). For a strong contrast and bigger eye-catcher, we partnered it with black. He would send over all of the text & photo content that needed to be included in the design and I would input all of it into these feature sheets. Sometimes they fit perfectly; other times we would have to modify the template to suit more photos, more details, etc.
My position at Lonely Cloud Design
I worked with Lonely Cloud Design as a contract designer. Our main clientele included: bars/pubs, realtors, and miscellaneous industries. My employer along with the client would critique any drafts I came out with and we would collaborate on design decisions for me to finalize.
